Had my ear lobes pierced here at the end of October. All very efficient, from contacting them through their website & being offered a quick appointment, to the visit itself, which was exactly what was promised - the piercing and the reasonable price. They use single use needles (which is apparently best way), and the titanium studs are included. No pain or discomfort. After a month I had a little hiccup with the healing in one lobe and popped in for them to look. Never made to feel that was a problem. They reassured me and offered advice (all sorted after a good few salt washes). I'm at 7 weeks now and all seems to be going well.

My daughter and I had our ears pierced (a 3rd and 6th piercing). The whole experience was handled professionally and efficiently, the shop was spotlessly clean, and Sam was polite throughout putting us at ease. We highly recommended crystal vision.
